Lifelyfamily is a family organization platform that provides the following:

• Shared lists and task management
• Photo and document storage
• Budget and expense tracking
• Family messaging and communication
• Location sharing and family finder features
• Inventory management and meal planning
• Other family organization tools and features

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account information.
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Parents or legal guardians may create profiles for their children under their supervision.

Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

You agree to:

• Keep your account information up to date.
• Not impersonate others or create accounts for others without permission.
• Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Ensuring that you log out from shared devices.

5. Family Groups

5.1 Creating and Managing Families

When creating or managing a family group:

• You can invite members via email or invitation code
• Family administrators have additional permissions
• You can leave a family group at any time
• Removing members can delete their content from the family

5.2 Shared Content

Content that is shared within a family group:

• Are visible to all family members unless marked as private
• Can be edited or deleted by family administrators
• Remain accessible to the family if you leave the group
• Are subject to storage limits based on your subscription plan

Subscriptions & Payments

6.1 Free and Premium Plans

We offer different subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Basic functions with usage restrictions
• Premium-Plan: Advanced features and higher limits
• Family Pro Plan: Unlimited access to all features

6.2 Billing and Payments

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are securely processed by third-party providers
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are granted in accordance with our refund policy
• Failed payments may lead to service interruption

6.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Access will continue until the end of the billing period
• Features are downgraded to the free plan upon expiration
• Data exceeding the limits of the free plan may become inaccessible
• No partial refunds for unused time

User Content and Conduct

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the service, you grant us:

• A license to store, display, and process your content
